**Your role and responsibilities**:

- Plan and present lessons to the UK National Standard
- Support and coach students across KS3 & 4
- Liaise with the senior leadership team regarding progress of all students
- Work well as a team
- Ensure that all students are safe within the classroom
- Be able to cover lessons when needed
- Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification
- Have previous experience working across KS3/ 4
- Hold a degree within English (Desirable)
- Have a passionate and enthusiastic approach
- Able to engage the students within their lessons
