**Location**:Quorum Business Park, Longbenton, Newcastle, NE12 8BU

**Full-time**

**Salary**: £24,000 per annum

**Working Hours**:40 per week, Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm, early finish Fridays

Hybrid - 2 days working from home

**Holidays**: 21 days plus bank holidays increases to 23 days plus bank holidays after 1 years’ service

As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be responsible for improving the experience of our customers both individually and at a business level. You will be responsible for managing and directing responses to customer feedback turning detraction into promotion. Using the tools and feedback at your disposal, the Customer Experience Executive will also be responsible for making insightful recommendations at a management level to help the business continue to improve the experience for our customers.

**Duties & Responsibilities of a Junior Customer Experience Executive**:

- Managing the day to day running of our tNPS survey
- Identifying pain-points in the customer journey and suggest effective solutions
- Liaising with key business functions like Operations, Sales and Marketing to carry out initiatives aimed to reduce detraction and increase promotion
- Monitor negative responses from surveys, take actions and drive improvements
- Ad hoc customer insight analysis and support with both qualitative and quantitative research

**Who we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in CX projects
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to develop working relationships and share/ influence actions
- Customer-centric attitude
- Proactive and able to work effectively and efficiently
- Strong analytical skills are a must
- Experience in workshop facilitation is a plus
- Basic project management skills
- Experience in analysing and building user journeys
