Your role will be to make sure that our guests stay is absolutely perfect by ensuring every property is in excellent repair, with working features and equipment in place. You will check our properties after every guest leaves and will make them good in every way and then proudly sign off your professional housekeeping, meaning the next guest can enjoy a perfect stay.

You will be working as part of an area team and throughout the year we offer rewards to teams that provide flawless perfect accommodation to our guests. These rewards include Amazon vouchers, cinema tickets.

**What are the overall duties & responsibilities of our Housekeepers?**
- To always consider that a guest will be paying good money to stay with us and they expect the perfect stay, which you are responsible for delivering.
- To ensure a property is kept organised, clean and tidy inside and out
- To ensure a property and its shared area looks and smells perfect
- To manage the laundry, linen, hygiene and sundries related to the property
- To check all equipment and features are present and working correctly
- To undertake light repair duties and report maintenance requirements
- To ultimately ensure the property is in perfect condition

- Guest focused - making sure every guest has a perfect stay
- A positive and energetic can do attitude to solving problems of all shapes and sizes
- The ability to spot what needs doing and get it done
- Punctual, reliable and attentive
- High standards with attention to detail

**What is included in Housecleaning?**
- General tidy up, dusting and vacuuming
- Cleaning of Kitchen, Bathroom and Living Space
- Cleaning of shared and public areas
- Making beds

**What are housekeeping rules?**
- Professionalism
- Discretion
- High attention to detail
- Not cutting corners

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Graduate
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £9.00-£10.36 per hour
