Our company is a leading provider of domiciliary home care services in Birmingham. We are currently looking for dedicated, compassionate, and professional **Domiciliary Home Carers** to join our growing team. As a home carer, you will play a vital role in supporting people with a range of needs, enabling them to maintain independence and quality of life at home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care services, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients with mobility and transfers
- Assist with medication reminders and management
- Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful social interaction
- Maintain detailed records of care provided
- Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other health conditions
- Follow individualised care plans tailored to each client’s needs

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in domiciliary care or a related field is preferred but not essential
- A compassionate and caring nature with a desire to help others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care
- A valid driving license and access to a car is preferred for visiting clients at their homes
- DBS check and reference checks will be required
