**174 hours per month pro rata at £12ph, £40 per sleep (average 10/11 sleeps a month)**

**Overtime is payed at your normal rate + £5. Working on a 2 on 3 off shift pattern**

As a **Residential Support Worker**, you will be making a vital difference to the lives of children & young people who display emotional and behavioural difficulties, traumatic backgrounds and social/emotional mental health.

**In addition to unparalleled levels of job satisfaction, you will receive**:
Flexible 2 on 3 off pattern (based on the needs of the home)

Overtime paid at an additional £5 per hour (starting at £17 per hour)

Clear and realistic path for progression to a Senior Residentual worker, Deputy and Registered Manager level

- **Main Responsibilities**_ - To role model fellow support workers and take a responsibility in always ensuring the care of the young people in a person centred approach.

⭐ Be a positive role model for the young people

⭐The looking after of young children with Learning disabilities and/or EBD

⭐ Promoting independence and growth and development

⭐ Building relationships and trust with young people

⭐ Recording of the young persons day and helping with there care plans

⭐ A passion for working with young people and the ability to complete computer based paperwork
- **Qualifications & Requirements**_
- _Driver is essential_
- _Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a caring setting _
- _Willingness to undertake further training._
- _Must be flexible _
- _Ability to do full shifts and sleep in (2 on 3 off pattern)_
- _Desire to learn and progress_
