Our research found that independent restaurants were being damaged by big delivery apps that favour chains, a lack of values and environmental damage.

Our marketplace is a community. We're passionate about delicious food from quality independent restaurants with zero emissions delivery and without business-crippling commissions being charged to independent restaurants.

You'll be experiencing the great outdoors and meeting new people whilst making a difference.

With your help, we can together support the vibrant independent restaurants that bring so much to local communities, and brighten the future for our planet.

You keep 100% of any tips you make - ecoeats’ target audience is caring customers - and this may mean more frequent tips than with other companies.

Unlike many delivery opportunities, with this one, you will be on our company payroll as a worker, rather than self-employed, so you'll be entitled to statutory workers rights and earn a guaranteed amount per hour. Furthermore, you'll be using our vehicle, so you don't have to shell out for vehicle fuel, expensive fast food delivery insurance, and vehicle running costs.

**Requirements**:

- You will be required to commute to St Andrews and will need your own vehicle for this as the public transport connectivity is poor at most shift finish times.
- No unspent criminal convictions
- The right to work in the UK.
- A good communicator who is polite.
- Punctual, diligent and reliable.
- In a physical condition to be able to cycle uphill and climb stairs.
- Have the attention to detail to be able courier items with care.
- Safe and careful driver.
- Meet our Vehicle Insurance Criteria below.

**Vehicle Insurance Criteria**:

- Ages: 25+
- Years licence held: 2
- License type: UK full (EU is unacceptable for our insurance policy)
- At Fault Claims: max 1 in last 3 years
- Non-Fault Claims: max 2 in last 3 years
- DVLA licence points: Max 6 points
- No motoring disqualification in the last 5 years
