- A super role in St Albans with two young children.
- Days: 2 days | Hours: 8-9hrs a day | Ages: NB + 3 | Salary: £15-£17gph
- A super family in St Albans is looking for a nanny for two young children
- They need 2 days per week, can be any 2 of Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
- They are also flexible on the hours - can be 8-5, 9-5, 9-6, 8.30-5.30... roughly 8 or 9 hours (9 max per day)
- They have two children - a boy of 3.5 (in preschool on non-nanny days) and a baby girl due mid August
- The role is to start in October. Mum will be on mat leave for first couple of months only (she runs her own business so at that point will ramp back up slowly). The role is NOT a typical mothers help even when she's around - you'd have sole charge of the preschooler and she'd keep baby initially, but you'll have baby snuggles so she can shower, nap, exercise
- From Feb (ish) she'll be working more so you'll likely have both children each morning, then one for PM By the time the eldest goes to school in Sept 26, you'll have baby full days and she'll be maxxed out at work
- To clarify this is NOT mothers help - whilst she's around, you'll take one child each, NOT be together. However she does work from home, and grandparents are sometimes there too, so you need to be comfortable joining the family
- Their current nanny has LOVED the role and highly recommends, she is leaving for full time work
- Ofsted not needed
- They offer £15-£17gph
- A driver is needed, they provide a manual duty car
- They have a small but active dog
- Nanny duties if time allows - the focus is on the children
- They would love a sociable nanny who will be active and busy with the children. You will encourage manners and kindness, and get them out to all sorts of fun activities Their current nanny just packs up and heads out for the day with the older child, which they love
- This position will not suit a NWOC
