**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, funerals, and special events.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop and work areas.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that suit their preferences and budgets.
- Manage inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Provide care for plants and flowers, including watering, pruning, and repotting as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to develop merchandising displays that enhance the shop's appeal.
- Stay updated on current floral trends and techniques to continually improve skills.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work creatively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in merchandising floral products effectively to attract customers.
- A passion for flowers and an understanding of their care requirements is essential.
- The ability to work with a team.
- Dealing with customers directly as well as telepathically.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£12.22 per hour

**Experience**:

- Florist: 1 year (preferred)
