We have an outstanding opportunity for a customer centric individual who has a proven track record working in a fast paced environement, dealing with some very demanding clients. This is a temp to perm role, starting on Monday 3rd April.

**The Company**
Our client is a family run business with over 30 years of trading within the high end retail space. They have gone from a small warehouse set up to a luxurious style boutique. They now operate out of gorgeous, plush offices and warehousing space that boasts a cinema, gym and nail salon for their staff They haven’t let their growth take away from their family feel and every employee is treated as such.

**The Customer Service role**

**About you**
As the sucessful customer services advisor, you will have a real flair for fashion and have the ability to give advice on items customers are purchasing and how they can ‘complete the look’ You will be a strong relationship builder and have the desire to go over and above to resolve any queries.
You will have a proven track record of working with in high end, luxury fashion retail and you will always act as an ambassador for the brand. You will be enthusiastic and passionate and happy to go the extra mile. You will be a great team player and be a natural problem solver. You will be flexible and professional and have experience working in a fast paced environment.

One you are taking on permanenet, you can expect a very competitive salary of £25,000 - £29,000 depending on experience, hybrid working (2 days from home) after successful passing of probation, amazing benefits including use of the gym, cinema and nail salon, discounts, free parking, pension and more.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £14.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- a demanding, fast paced, office c/s environment: 1 year (preferred)
