Due to continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced **Waiter/Waitress** to join our family here at **Corrigan's Mayfair.**

You will have an outgoing personality together with a charisma, can do attitude with passion for service and guest care. Keen eye for details and strong organizational skills are also very important.

**Your daily duties will include**:

- Organising the dining are to ensure is ready and perfectly presented before the briefing
- Organise the restaurant floor as required to ensure they are ready and prepared for the next service
- Closely communicating with head waiters, senior management and sommeliers
- Maintain order of service and pass special requests to head waiters
- Present menus, specials, take drinks orders and use tills system correctly

- Specialising in wild Game and Seafood, in the heart of Mayfair.

Corrigan’s Mayfair is home to acclaimed celebrity Irish chef, Richard Corrigan. He opened Corrigan’s Mayfair in 2008. Corrigan’s Mayfair has been awarded London Restaurant of the Year by the Evening Standard and had three AA Rosettes within the first three months. It was also awarded ‘AA London Restaurant of the Year’, and gained one of the highest new entries in the National Restaurant Awards at number five.

**Dickies Bar-** Our cocktail bar in Corrigan's Mayfair. Opened in conjunction with the training manager of the Dead Rabbits in New York. The drink list is a classic take on highballs and cocktails based around seasonality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.42-£14.42 per hour

- 10 hour shift
