Reporting directly to the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel and supporting with the laundry operation. Responsibilities of the **Linen Porter** will include but are not limited to: - Welcoming and acknowledging all guests; anticipating and addressing guests’ service needs; - You will make sure that all guests rooms and public areas are beautifully presented to our guests, playing a key role in creating exceptional experiences; - You will be responsible for the laundry operation, ensuring linen is delivered on time and performing checks to ensure linen is of high quality; - You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is always delivered in line with our core values and standards.
