SCHOOL HOLIDAYS TIMES ONLY
- Ideal position for someone studying to work with children, education or physical education or somebody already working within education or sports coaching/teaching in term time.
Reporting to the Camp Manager and working alongside a like-minded team, you’ll be working Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 3.30 with a children aged between 4-13 years old), delivering high-energy, fun and inclusive sessions that get every child active and having fun, regardless of their ability.
For our younger children, activities can include anythin from whacky races, laser tag, scooter challenges and parachute games. For our older children, activities are a little more skill focused, so you’ll be running longer sessions and coaching sports such as football, tennis or rounders.
Child safety is our number one priority so you’ll ensure that the welfare of children is paramount at all times, supervising children during their lunch breaks, overseeing safe use of equipment and promptly recording any incidents.
Sports coach qualifications would be ideal, along side an in date Frist Aid certificate and safeguarding qualification. Experience working with children would be ideal but not essential as we provide on the job training working along side one of our camp managers.
