**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and determine their vehicle needs through effective questioning.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to encourage sales.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options.
- Utilise sales management software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and document sales activities.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
- Proficient in using sales software and technology tools for tracking leads and managing customer interactions.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills for effective communication with potential customers.
- A proactive approach to upselling products that align with customer needs while enhancing their purchasing experience.
