Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you'll be a key member of our management team, contributing to the development and execution of our sales strategy, and identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation. You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and every day presents new challenges and opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a natural leader with excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills. You'll need to be results-driven, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll also need to be highly organised, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to exceed sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Train, coach and mentor sales representatives to improve their sales skills, product knowledge and customer service.
- Monitor and manage the performance of individual sales representatives, providing feedback and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and other stakeholders.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your team, including scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales strategy with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the performance of your team.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of direct sales, telecommunications or utility services preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: £25,059.84-£27,993.28 per year
