Project Manager

**Salary**:42,000 - 48,000 Negotiable depending on experience

**Location**:Must be commutable to Head Office Sheffield (S13), must be willing to regularly travel throughout the UK and occasional travel within the EU.

**The Role**

Our Project Managers (PM) are the cornerstone to each project we deliver, ensuring a high-quality seamless experience throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with our technical, resourcing and coordination teams, the PM balances commercial, quality,scope and timeline obligations whilst developing long term trusted relationships with our clients and suppliers.

**The Person**

We expect our Project Managers to be proactive, responsive and assertive, leading their projects from the front. They must have the ability to identify and foresee roadblocks and have the capability to think outside the box to find creative solutions toall challenges they face. Our Project Managers take responsibility for their projects from inception to completion, from ground level attending site on a regular basis overseeing site engineers, to leading discussions with senior business leaders meaning theymust have the ability to effectively communicate with people within differing operational environments.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Demonstrable experience in project managing large and complex projects in a relevant sector
- Previous experience in the Structured Cabling or Datacom Markets
- A solid understanding of project processes and methodologies
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to facilitate strong working relationships both in and outside of the organisation
- A proactive, responsive, and assertive attitude to achieve clear project goals and deliverables
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and quickly evolving organisation managing multiple complex priorities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong MS Project, Word, Outlook, and Excel skills

**Training and Qualifications**
- CTPM® Project Management or equivalent, and/or Business Management qualifications
- Full UK Driving License
- CNCI® / CIIT® / CNIT® / CWIT® or equivalent
- CSCS / ECS Card for Managers
- CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
