EHS Specialist/Sr. EHS Specialist
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the HQ EHS department, and ensure the execution smoothly locally.
- Understand local regulations and liaise effectively with local consulting firms or safety experts to enhance
regional EHS standards and product safety protocols in compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Organize and deliver comprehensive internal EHS training sessions, and conduct routine site inspections to
guarantee adherence to and the effective enforcement of regional EHS standards.
- Manage safety incidents and address risk concerns, collaborate with local safety authorities, and engage
local safety consulting firms as required to facilitate the communication between the HQ Product/ R&D
team and local safety expert.
**Key Qualifications**:
- At least 5 years' related experiences in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), risk assessment, worker
safety, with experiences in AMR industry is a plus.
- Sound understanding of local EHS regulations.
- Recognized certification in EHS will be a plus, e.g. Certified Safety Practitioner (CSP), Registered Safety
Officer and IATA - CBTA for DG Instructors & Instructional Designers.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical and
regulatory information to executives, customers and external agencies.
- Solution oriented, adaptability, team working.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and collaborate in various EHS and operational networks.
- English fluency in both writing and speaking, Mandarin is advantageous.
