**Key Responsibilities**:
**Your Day-to-Day as a SEN Engagement Tutor**
- Deliver targeted support helping students excel in their studies, by using your SEN Engagement Tutoring skills.
- Collaborate with parents and teachers to develop effective learning plans.
- Track the progress of the student, providing feedback and encouragement.

**SEN Engagement Tutor Role Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
- 3 years of Teaching experience.
- Worked with young people with SEN (not essential).
