Planning Lawyer

Commercial Property Lawyer - Dorset Law firm with a strong reputation within Dorset and Somerset, are seeking to recruit a Planning Lawyer. They have several office and provide a wide range of legal services to individuals and businesses. The role will involve joining their existing planning law team and dealing with a range of non-contentious and contentious planning law for clients that include developers, local authorities, commercial businesses and private individuals on matters relatingto flooding, land contamination, habitat protection, waste management, environmental permitting and highway infrastructure and right of way. Within the role you will be exposed to wide range of cases and be able to develop and a long term career within Planning Law and have access to complex and interesting work ad be involved at every stage of the process.
