**£11 per hour | Temporary Position | Flexible start times | Immediate Start**
A Temporary Position for a Fleet Administrator, within the largest privately owned rental company in the UK with an Immediate start.
Based in Exeter you will have the opportunity for flexible starting times, 08:00, 08:30 or 9:00 covering 37.5 hours per week.
**Fleet Administrator Responsibilities include: -**
- Updating databases and internal systems
- Liaise with Suppliers to ensure our requirements as the Customer are met
- Follow up and feedback to the line manager on Supplier performance
- Producing & maintaining spreadsheets
- Dealing with telephone queries to resolve issues promptly
**Fleet Administrator Requirements include: -**
- You will need to be confident when speaking to clients over the phone.
- You will have good interpersonal skills
- Be able to problem solve & identify potential problem patterns
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
