An exciting opportunity to become part of a rapidly expanding digital business with a focus on employee health and wellbeing through data driven insights. The primary focus of the role will be to sell the company’s WELL BI and One Wellbeing products & services across multiple vertical markets in order to sustain ongoing business growth, meet sales targets and achieve key performance indicators.
**Core Responsibilities**:
To become a key member of the sales team to help meet company objectives and growth expectations in the short to medium term, whilst working closely with the Commercial Lead to develop the foundations for long term sales as the company move towards a SaaS based delivery model
**The main objectives for the role will be**:
- Generate new client sales to meet short and medium term objectives, whilst building a foundation for long term growth across the business
- Lead the sales of a SaaS based product across multiple vertical markets to achieve pre-agreed volumes and market penetration
- Become a valuable member of the sales team whilst engaging in continuous professional development to broaden sales knowledge and skill set
- Update company CRM system on a daily basis in order to track sales pipeline volume and conversion success to allow frequent reporting to the Commercial Lead
- Gain a thorough understanding of the company product portfolio, unique selling propositions and commercial model in order to maximise sales opportunities.
- Account management of certain client accounts to secure recurring revenue to meet annual targets and develop opportunities for upselling additional services and products in order to grow the account
- Completion of internal sales training to build knowledge and expertise to support the execution of daily sales activities
- Be an active member of the ART sales team and be able to provide business detailed sales updates in weekly team meetings
- Maintain clear and efficient lines of communication with all ART internal stakeholders
- Complete administration tasks as required by the ART Management team
- Represent ART Health Solutions at conferences, functions and events as required
- Make a positive impact on the ART team culture, maintaining excellent relationships with all team members
Education & Qualifications
- Degree in related discipline (Business, Economics, Marketing) is desirable
- Related professional qualification
- Full driving licence
Knowledge & Abilities
- Ability to follow a sales process that maximises revenue opportunities for a SaaS based model
- Ability to work as part of a team to deliver ongoing success against KPI’s
- Understanding of the influence of workplace/environment on human health & performance
- Demonstrate understanding of post COVID workplace risk areas and how the ART suite of solutions can assist in overcoming these challenges
- Demonstrated ability to understand and appreciate a clients key business drivers
- Computer and digital literacy, including MS office
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years solution selling experience with a proven track record of continuous success
- Demonstrated ability to sell a SaaS based product
- Previous experience of account management of large corporate accounts valued at £0.5M plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £37,000.00-£42,500.00 per year
