**The Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking a BIM Engineer (Buried Services Coordinator) to work within a multidisciplinary team delivering specialist modelling support to the TRU West projects. This is a very collaborative role with the opportunity to work & support numerous organisations at various levels.

The BIM Manager (Buried Services Coordinator) will aim to mitigate risk surrounding buried and surface services helping mitigate the risk to both design and construction practice.

Using established PAS128 data labelling, and a variety of source information in either CAD or PDF format; the BS BIM Coordinator shall update a buried services model (as a separate layer) to reflect on site recovery versus utility company source information, flagging discrepancies where they occur. This information shall be input into the Federated Model (updated on a fortnightly basis).

**Keys Requirements & Skills**
- The ability to produce and revise 3D CAD models using Bentley BIM software.
- Experience in Asset tagging, BIM content development and ProjectWise management (PAS1192:6)
- Experience and understanding of railway infrastructure programmes involving multi-disciplined projects.
- Experience and understanding of HSG47 (Avoiding Danger from Underground Services) and PAS128 information levels.
- Compliance with CADQA/QC & CDM Regulations regarding sharing of pertinent safety information.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- An appropriate HND, university degree or equivalent qualification.
- Working towards membership of the ICE, IET or similar
- Incorporated or Chartered member of the ICE, IET or similar would be an advantage.
