We are seeking **Relief Support Workers** in the Newcastle area to provide high-quality care for both adults and children with complex medical needs. If you have experience in PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, stoma management, and other complex care tasks, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering complex care support to individuals with medical needs, including **PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, and stoma management**.
- Providing compassionate, tailored care to both **adults and children** in their homes or care settings.
- Ensuring care plans are followed and updated as needed.
- Working as part of a team to ensure comprehensive, safe, and effective care.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience in Complex Care**: Including but not limited to PEG feeding, tracheostomy, stoma care, etc.
- **Driver Preferred**: Ability to travel across the Newcastle area for different care assignments.
- **Flexible Availability**: Ideal for those seeking relief or flexible work.
- **Compassion and Professionalism**: A caring and dedicated approach to support the needs of individuals with complex care requirements.
