**Store Assistant/ Store Team Member (Full-Time Only) - **£10.00 per hour**

Created almost 20 years ago by 2 Italian childhood friends, Amorino mixes gourmet food to artistry by delivering delicious ice cream shaped into carefully crafted roses.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Opening and closing the Shop & the counter display
- Providing customers with outstanding customer service
- Processing customer payments
- Addressing customers complaints and inquiries
- Selling and Upselling Gelato & other products to our customers
- Providing advice and recommendations to customers
- Setting up all areas of the shop for the service, including arranging and labelling goods on the display shelves
- Receiving, unpacking and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors
- Ensuring that all sections are clean and tidy at all times
- Inventory of Shop (Dry & Frozen Products)
- Assisting with shop audits

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Up to **£10.00 p/h** pay depending on experience (minimum 2 years)
