**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring that all students are engaged and supported.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, particularly those with special educational needs.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development.
- Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities or specific learning needs.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a safe and orderly environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals regarding student progress and needs.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills related to teaching and supporting diverse learners.

**Experience**
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
- Familiarity with special education practices and strategies for working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Experience tutoring or mentoring children, particularly those on the autism spectrum, will be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills are required to effectively interact with students, educators, and parents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £24,420.00-£34,681.71 per year
