**Join Our Team as an HSEQ Advisor at Arriva TrainCare**

Are you ready to make an impact? Arriva TrainCare is looking for a dedicated HSEQ Advisor to provide essential health, safety, environment, and quality support across our depots nationwide, including Crewe, Bristol, Cambridge, Tyne Yard, Eastleigh, and Scarborough.

**What We Offer**:

- ** Competitive Salary**:£46,521.45 per annum

- ** Flexible Hours**:Permanent contract averaging 37.5 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times.
- ** Location**:Based out of our Tyne Yard depot this role will cover Tyne Yard and Scarborough with travel to other Arriva TrainCare depots when required

**Your Role**:
As an HSEQ Advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of our health and safety initiatives, working closely with the HSEQ Manager. You will:

- Serve as a vital link between the HSEQ department and other teams.
- Work on various health and safety topics including COSHH, manual handling, DSEAR, risk assessments.
- Provide proactive, hands-on support for health and safety knowledge to employees
- Write, review and provide input to risk assessments and work instructions
- Support the HSE Champions on site
- Implement HSEQ policies and procedures.
- Support accident and incident investigations.
- Regularly visit our depots to offer guidance and support.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Qualifications**:NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) and IEMA Environmental Certificate (or equivalent).
- ** Experience**: Significant background in Health & Safety or Environmental roles, including risk assessment and COSHH.
- ** Skills**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to safety.
- ** Travel**:Ability to travel to depots across the country.
- ** Driving License**:A full and valid driving license is essential.

**Bonus Skills**: Knowledge of the rail or transport industry, experience in heavy engineering, and training as an internal auditor for ISO45001, ISO14001, and ISO9001 are highly advantageous.
