As our new E2E (end-to-end) Process Specialist - Pay & Rewards, you will operate at the heart of a part of our global, fast-moving company. By designing, optimizing, and managing end-to-end processes within the HR Tech, Data Innovation, and Associate Experience, you ensure Ahold Delhaize has the processes and structures in place to continue our high-level performance.

As E2E Process Specialist - Pay & Rewards, you will be joining our HR Tech, Data Innovation & Associate Experience department. Our HR department is the driving force behind the people in our organization. **Key responsibilities of your role**
Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:
- Process Design & Optimization: Develop and implement efficient end-to-end HR processes for pay and rewards. Continuously refine processes to enhance effectiveness and user satisfaction.
- Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Adoption Specialist to ensure processes align with business goals and user needs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data to identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Use insights to drive process improvements and innovation.
- Innovation & Improvement: Introduce innovative solutions to enhance the associate experience. Implement continuous improvement practices and feedback loops.
- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation. Provide training and support to associates on new processes and technologies.
- User Satisfaction: Monitor and improve user satisfaction with HR processes and technologies. Address user feedback and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
**Specific Pay & Rewards Responsibilities**:
- Compensation Management: Design and optimize processes for managing base pay, bonuses, and incentives. Ensure alignment with company policies and market trends.
- Benefits Administration: Develop and improve processes for benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Payroll Processing: Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing systems. Collaborate with payroll teams to address any issues and implement improvements.
- Performance-Based Rewards: Design and implement processes for performance-based rewards, including merit increases, promotions, and recognition programs.
