**The Role**:
In this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role you'll report to the Sales Director and will be primarily responsible for managing a select number of clients, ensuring that all short falls are covered, and they are fully staffed whilst managing a pool of bank workers.
Specific tasks include:

- Keeping in touch with your clients understanding where the shortfalls are and why
- Covering all bookings that are given to you
- Producing figures for weekly meeting and working to KPI's
This position is based in our Sutton Coldfield office, so please ensure that's within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.
The standard working hours for this job are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
To be the right person for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant role you will need to confident on the telephone, have excellent IT skills and have a passion and drive to work hard. You need to be able to multi-task and work quickly and under pressure to fillshifts accurately. You will need a strong attention to detail.

**The Package**:
The basic salary for the Recruitment Consultant role is between £18,000 - £20,000 per annum.
You'll also receive other benefits with the role which include pension and healthcare.

**Please note**: In this position you may be needed to work some weekends and occasionally cover on-call in unsociable hours. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview.
