**Position**: Permanent, Full Time

Mandarin Stone is a leading Importer of natural stone and porcelain products in the UK; we are a family run business that has grown into a very successful and reputable company within the industry. We have 13 inspirational showrooms across the UK and arecurrently recruiting for a Sales Consultant in our Primrose Hill Showroom.

We are looking for a motivated, confident sales/customer focused individual with a good eye for design. Training provided, great working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The main purpose of the role is to provide Customer Service and support for clients as they browse our extensive range of products within our showrooms, guiding them through the buying process right from the first visit through to advice on laying the tilesonce delivered. Duties include product advice, providing design ideas, raising quotations, dealing with telephone queries, problem solving, taking payment on orders, booking deliveries, providing technical advice, sales aftercare and much more.

**Key Requirements**:
Showroom opening hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 11.00 am to 4.00 pm. We are closed on Bank Holidays. Showroom employees will have two days off each week scheduled across seven days.
