**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- To be flexible to meet our customers requirements whilst providing excellent customer service
- Ability to be diplomatic, approachable and sensitive to the needs of others, including staff, visitors and pupils
- A basic knowledge of Food Hygiene level 2
- Be versatile, adaptable and flexible with working hours
- Have basic knowledge of IT computer packages
- Have a basic understanding of allergens and nutrition and how to adapt menus accordingly
