Resource Administrator Fixed Term Maternity Cover

VolkerRail Plant is looking to recruit a Resource Administrator to join the established rostering team. The position is based in Scunthorpe and will provide support across all of the Plant resource functions.

**Key accountabilities**:
Key duties will include:

- Data entry and analysis.
- Creation of staff fatigue index scores based on an established criteria and providing this information to the Plant Resource team for analysis and review.
- Maintain/monitor real-time dashboards to be able to demonstrate management of fatigue compliance per relevant business department and Plant as a whole.
- Compile monthly reports to enable the Resource Manager, Line Managers, Business Managers and Plant Director to monitor fatigue data, events and compliance.
- Support Resource Coordinators in documenting and verifying roster changes.

**Skills & experience**:

- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, literacy and interpersonal skills
- Experience of producing work for a team of people juggling competing priorities
- Flexible/proactive - can do attitude who shows initiative to support others
