miServices is a national provider of property inspections services for letting agents and landlords. We’re recruiting an Inventory Clerk to join our South Team to cover jobs in Kent, South London and occasionally other areas.

**About Us**

We provide a professional inventory clerk service to the letting industry. An inventory is an essential document for any letting agent or landlord: it can provide vital evidence if and when claiming costs or disputes involving damage, repair, replacement,cleaning, or theft.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- This position will involve collecting keys from letting agents
- Travelling to and from different areas and properties
- Visiting letting agents, tenants, and landlords
- Looking after keys
- Producing property condition reports
- Operating a mobile phone and tablet
- Working efficiently and remaining punctual at all times

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent time keeping skills
- Excellent literacy skills
- A personable manner
- Good attention to detail
- Valid driving licence
