**About the Role**

As Head of School, you will lead a vibrant academic community committed to excellence in teaching, research, and practice. You will drive innovation in curriculum design, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and champion inclusive education that makes a real-world impact.

You will work closely with senior faculty leadership to align the School’s vision with institutional priorities, including widening participation, digital transformation, and regional engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across the School of Education
- Lead and support academic staff in delivering high-quality teaching and impactful research
- Strengthen partnerships with schools, educational organisations, and civic bodies
- Promote a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and professional development
- Contribute to faculty-wide initiatives and cross-disciplinary collaboration
