You will be a key part of the team, assisting with the identification and delivery of new business opportunities for the group. Reporting directly to the head of Business Development,Ryan Fleet, you will develop new and existing client relationships across specific sectors within the UK and Europe. **Your duties** - Proactively develop relationships and secure new business with potential clients. - Act as an ambassador for the company, across the UK & Europe. - Do what it takes to exceed client and customer expectations-ensure positive client experience at every touch-point. - Produce monthly reports, utilising market insights to drive ARM forwards. - Attend internal sales meetings at head office & client meetings across the UK (own driving license essential) **To be successful you'll** ? Have an eye for new business opportunities ? Be proactive & organised; keep ahead of the curve ? Have effective written & verbal communication skills ? Be open to flexible working. ? Be self-motivated, tenacious and target driven, incentives to win bonus **Non-essential but desirable** ? Previous experience within business development ?
