**Warehouse Operative Responsibilities include: **
- Pick, check, store and pack goods either manually or using RF technology to a high standard of accuracy
- Load and unload trailers safely and in line with company procedures
- Report any errors, damages or quality issues found whilst undertaking duties
- Accurately input data into Company computer systems and manual records
- Work to standard operating procedures in line with company policy
- Achieve the targets (KPIs) and job standards
- Maintain high standards of site house-keeping
- Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern immediately
- Assist with inventory counting and stock investigations when necessary
- Put suggestions for improvements forward where appropriate

**Warehouse Operative Requirements**:

- Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read and write basic English
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work under pressure to targets and deadlines
- Numerical and focused on accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and experience of data inputting
- Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including manual handling
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team
- Previous experience of working within a Warehouse environment
- FLT Counter Balance and Reach Licence
- Experience in a warehouse repair environment
- Diagnostics experience

**Location**: Magna Park - near Lutterworth, Leicestershire
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full Time, 06:00am-14:30pm, Monday to Friday or 14:30 - 23:00 Monday to Friday
**Salary**: £20,800.00 per annum

**Benefits**: 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and benefits scheme.
