**Accounts Assistant**

We are a well-established race team based in Silverstone competing in multiple championships. Due to rapid growth, we are recruiting for this newly created position with an immediate start date.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
This is largely an administrative account’s position supporting the Finance Manager and
Head of Procurement.
**Invoices**
- Posting all invoices
- Loading invoices onto Oracle Net Suit and checking incoming invoices
- Matching invoices against Purchase Orders
- Checking Purchase Orders have been correctly raised
- Scanning all invoices, indexing and archiving invoices
- Tracking the receipt, authorisation and payment of supplier, subcontractor and other invoices from creditors, according to agreed terms of payment

**Bank Reconciliation**
- Ensuring bank and credit card reconciliations are undertaken with both GBP and

Euro accounts

**Expenses**
- Processing personal expenses of employees and contractors

**Payment Runs**
- Setting up Payment Runs, including Euro payments
- Preparing Payment Runs for contractors and suppliers

**Miscellaneous**
- Assist with Audit Queries during annual audits
- Liaising with suppliers
- Answering basic account queries

**Personal Requirements**

**Education and Experience**
- Experience with Accounts or Bookkeeping
- Previous experience of Oracle is desirable but not essential

**Skills**
- Able to work in a fast-past environment with the ability to support other team members
- Superior organisational, administrative, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully
- A team player
