As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Groundsman to join our team and uphold the high standards of our park.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Landscape Maintenance**: Mow lawns, trim hedges, prune trees and shrubs, and plant flowers to ensure the park remains visually appealing.
- **Grounds Upkeep**: Regularly inspect and clean outdoor areas, including pathways, communal spaces, and around lodges, ensuring they are free from debris and hazards.
- **Equipment Management**: Operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery, ensuring they are in safe working condition.
- **Pest and Disease Control**: Monitor plants for signs of pests or diseases and take appropriate actions to address any issues.
- **Irrigation Management**: Oversee watering schedules, ensuring all plants and lawns receive adequate hydration.
- **Seasonal Tasks**: Perform tasks such as leaf clearing in autumn, snow removal in winter, and planting seasonal flora.
- **Guest Interaction**: Occasionally interact with guests, addressing any grounds-related inquiries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a related field.
- Knowledge of horticultural practices, including plant care and pest control.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining groundskeeping equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to grounds maintenance.

**Working Hours**: This is a full-time position, with hours varying seasonally. Some weekend and holiday work may be required, especially during peak seasons.

Pay: £11.44-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
