**Personal Assistant - Team Coordinator / £30,000 - £33,000 / Hybrid**
**Overview**:
My client, a fantastic organisation based near Kings Cross, London are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant / Team Coordinator to support a Head of department along with various members of the team. Within the role you will be super organised and confidentin working in a fast-paced environment
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support and arrange travel
- Strong communication skills
- Answer telephone calls and deal with correspondence
- Comfortable putting presentations together
- Minute taking, diary management over various time zones and travel correspondence
- Formatting documents and templates
- Dealing with invoices and expenses
- Booking meeting rooms and arranging catering
**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- 2+ years PA or administrative experience
- Happy working at pace in a busy environment
- Confident working on a variety of technology such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Zoom
- Able to take decisions
- Calendar management
**Package**:

- £30,000 - £33,000
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas off
