**Vacancy Details**:
Are you someone who takes pride in producing high quality finished products and have the necessary attention to detail to meet technical specifications? If so, you are likely to achieve a high level of job satisfaction as a Production Operative with Tennants UK. We have a number of vacancies for Production Operatives, who will be multi-skilled and able to also undertake Warehouse Operative duties as part of the role. Tennants UK produces road signs and number plates to a meet legal standards and so the ability to meet the technical specification for our products is a skill that you will bring to the role.

**Scope & Responsibilities**:

- Manufacturing road signs and number plates to a high quality specification.
- Operating machinery such as CNCs, laser cutting machines and printers to produce signs and number plates.
- Receiving goods in and putting deliveries away.
- Picking and packing orders for despatch to customers and producing despatch notes and invoices.
- Monitoring stock levels and proactively reporting low levels to bring the stock back up to the required amount.
- Undertaking quality inspections of work produced.

**Core Requirements**:

- Basic computer skills.
- The ability to work in a fast moving environment.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required to meet customer deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail to meet the high quality of finished product that is required.
- Previous experience of working within the printing industry may be an advantage.
- The ability to work as part of a team and communicate well with others.

**Salary, Hours & Location**:
This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. For a competitive hourly wage of £10.90 per hour. Starting holiday entitlement is 28 days, including Bank Holidays.

Employment benefits include various social activities, increased holidays based on length of service & generous company pension contributions. You will be working out of our Warehouses at Duke and Mount Street, New Basford, Nottingham, NG77HX.
