We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, flexible people who would enjoy supporting adults with disabilities to live the lives they want. We are a Day Service who provide high quality of care and social opportunities to the people that we support, with in the day centre and the community. We pride ourselves on having a strong support team who work closely together to ensure that the people we support have the best day. Also ensuring people's needs are met in terms of health and positive outcomes.

The role of a Community Support Worker is rewarding and one where you know that every day you have had the opportunity to brighten someone's day just by being your unique self.

As a Community Support Worker, you will value others, have a person-centred approach to supporting people with dignity and respect.

You will support people in different settings, who need additional help to live independently.

We're looking for people who will bring compassion, empathy and a sense of purpose into the lives of others.
- You could help people to learn new skills, provide assistance to someone who is older or has a disability or needs support with aspects of their care.
- You could support someone in their own home, a residential home, a short break service or out and about in the community.
- You'll have plenty of opportunity to progress with training and gaining qualifications whilst you work.
