**Are you an experienced Mechanical Fitter?**

Serve Talent have partnered with a dynamic heavy engineering business that are looking for a Heavy Mechanical fitter to join their expanding team. With over 100 years of experience manufacturing premier ground improvement equipment, this business is a powerhousein making heavy engineering equipment for industry use.

A rare opportunity for a Mechanical fitter has just arisen, reporting to the Manufacturing Director, you will be fitting their manufactured equipment and will have previous experience in working with slings and operating overhead cranes. Ideally, you willbe apprenticeship trained of time served working within an engineering discipline, fully confident with reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Personally, you will be highly motivated and disciplined in your approach, with a desire to work within a team to reach shared goals and objectives.

This is a permanent, full-time position where you will be working from 07:30am-16:00pm Monday-Thursday and 07:30am-13:00pm on Fridays.

As well as a competitive salary and half day finishes on a Friday, you can expect twenty-five days of annual leave **plus** bank holidays.
