**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation and clearance of job sites, including removing debris, weeds, and unwanted vegetation.
- Support the landscaping team with the installation of plants, turf, soil, mulch, and other landscaping materials.
- Help with hard landscaping tasks such as laying paving, constructing fences, building garden features, and other related duties.
- Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery required for landscaping tasks, following safety guidelines and protocols.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment on all job sites.
- Perform general garden maintenance duties, including watering, pruning, mowing, and trimming.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members and clients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a similar outdoor labour role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to perform physical work, including heavy lifting and working on your feet for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills.
- A valid UK driving license is desirable but not mandatory.
