Reassured Ltd is the largest non-advised life insurance intermediary in the UK with established locations in Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Southampton, Manchester, Bristol, Bournemouth and Chester. We launched our new Advised business offering in 2021 and continuegrowing our sales team and support team across the entire business with further ambitions to open new locations across the UK. We arrange over 15,000 new customer life insurance policies per month with leading sales conversions and customer satisfaction metrics.The business is outbound, B2C sales from internet generated customer enquiries.

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining optimised and highly available data sources that facilitate deeper analysis and reporting by the Financial Planning & Analysis Data team. The Data Analyst will build clean datasetsand handle the business's growing large databases.

The role will combine being 'hands-on’ in designing and building Tableau output reports, while also amending and reviewing our current data sources and existing reporting. The data team will have direct access to key stakeholders around the business, anda key driver to success will be someone who can understand, build and produce data outputs from consultation with internal stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Create complex queries /extracts by combining multiple data sources available across multiple platforms
- Run defined standardised reports around core operational metrics and ensure the results are correct and understood
- On-board, document and curate datasets for internal usage
- Engage in data preparation, analysis and troubleshooting
- Preparing data sources, reports and sharing with key stakeholders or management
- Using tools and techniques to create and visualise data in easy-to-understand formats, such as charts /graphs and diagrams
- Communicating with key finance stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years’ experience as a data analyst in business facing team
- You can develop data visualizations using typical BI tools (Tableau)
- Strong SQL skills
- You have some knowledge or strong commitment to learn finance business domain
- Flexible in the set of technologies you use now and like proactively learning some new stuff in both technical and business parts of your job
- Work with mínimal direction and are strong in structuring your approach towards problem resolution
