As a Team Member, you’ll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you’ll be:

- ** Cutting fresh fish** and preparing ingredients
- Rolling maki and creating** our famous itsu dishes**:

- Cooking with **care and precision**:

- Maintaining the **highest standards** of food quality and safety
- Delivering **excellent customer service** with a smile

**No experience?** No problem We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of **hands-on learning** in-store, supported by your team and managers, and **digital learning** through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.
