Agenda Partnership are excited to be continuing to work with our Sheffield based client who continue to grow in both success and headcount. They now have the opportunity to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract as Product Trainer, supporting their UK based clients with all product related training.
Key responsibilities:
- A key role in increasing the engagement of the business users within new and existing clients
- Identifying users that require support and contact them to improve performance
- Identifying and contacting dormant clients offering training support for existing and new staff
- Provide install training to ensure users understand the value proposition and drive user adoption rates
- Offer retraining sessions with existing users to reactivate and energise their use of the product
- Conduct follow-up sessions in the form of Q&A’s and 1:1 or group refresher sessions to ensure their customers and users get on-going support
- Deliver training sessions remotely with occasional onsite client visits
- Work closely with the sales team to identify key users and partners for training sessions and general support
- You’ll be targeted on the quality and volume of training sessions and calls you deliver and you’ll ask for client/user feedback to continue to improve our training offer
They are a passionate and professional team, so they are looking to hire a customer service/training professional, or sales advisors with a shared interest in their journey and with the aim to embed their business as the No.1.
What we are looking for in you:
- A successful track record as a customer service professional, sales advisor or trainer
- Evidence your experience of offering support and training on new software products or customer relationship management systems
- Ideally have previous experience of delivering presentations to clients and customers
- Proficient in the use of MS PowerPoint
- Professional knowledge of communication tools and software such as MS Office suite and Slack
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
