Tutor

About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to join our team. As a Tutor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the class teacher, to make a positive impact on the students by providing personalised educational support, using the resources which have been planned and prepared by the teacher. This is a rewarding position for individuals who are passionate about education and enjoy working with children.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist students in English and Maths worksheets
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to help students improve their academic performance
- Adjust explanation methods accordingly
- Collaborate with teacher to develop strategies for student success

**Skills**:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Experience working with children or in special education is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience and the ability to adapt explanation methods to meet individual student needs
- Strong organisational skills to effectively deliver lesson content

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week
