We’re looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Head Office team at North Leigh, just outside of Witney, Oxfordshire.

The Compliance Team are responsible for ensuring that we have a balanced approach to risk, achieve our regulatory obligations and most importantly, seek continuous improvement to our customer journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support as part of a team assisting in risk and compliance management by contributing to robust and effective compliance controls within the organisation by liaising and collaborating with other departments
- Reviewing advertisements
- Creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets, reports and other business documents, maintaining them in a confidential and an easily accessible format
- Contributing to our ongoing training programme

- A proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good organisational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to learn and the ability to adapt are essential
- An ability to build long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships
- A working knowledge of the vehicle leasing industry or working in an FCA regulated industry would be an advantage but is not essential

This role is permanent, full time and based in North Leigh and the salary is up to £26,000 per annum. This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office. Further details can be discussed with the Hiring Manager at interview stage.
