**The Role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a behaviour specialist to join an excellent secondary school for children with SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) needs. The role will be working with some of the most vulnerable and challenging studentsin the school. You will work alongside the pastoral team and inclusion team dealing with intervention groups. You will also be working alongside class teachers to ensure students are in class and getting the most from their education.

**The School**

The school is small school based in Coulsdon. The school has 35 students enrolled and needs dedicated staff.

**Excellent on-site training, support and CPD is provided to ensure safeguarding of all students
**If you have a Psychology / Criminology / Social Science degree, it's an excellent use of your degree
