Tigerlily Childcare are excited to offer this full-time permanent position, as an Early Years Recruitment Consultant.

We are seeking to recruit a motivated, passionate, and dynamic individual with an eagerness and motivation to learn, develop and progress in a rewarding field. As an Early years Recruitment Consultant, you will be offered the opportunity to train and study,learning all the basic skills required for a successful career journey. This is a home working role with monthly meetings in Bracknell so being within a 1 hour commute of Bracknell would be ideal.

Main purpose of the role as an Early Years Recruitment Consultant
- using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from clients.
- Speaking to clients to build and develop relationships.
- developing a good understanding of the client’s recruitment needs
- using different job boards to search for suitable CVs to match the right person to the client's vacancy.
- preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants.
- working towards and exceeding targets that relate to perm placements and supply generated from your clients.
- Doing Supply calls daily, to build and obtain new business relationships with clients.

Key skills required for the role of an Early Years Recruitment Consultant.

To be considered for the position of Early Years Recruitment Consultant, you will need the following skills:

- Previous experience in the Recruitment industry or within childcare.
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Good IT knowledge including using Outlook and Word. You will also need to be IT proficient as you will be trained on using the internal Database which is a vital tool required to succeed as an Education Recruitment Consultant
- Good telephone mannerism
- Sales Skills
- Good communication skills
- Team Player
- Level 3 diploma in Recruitment Practice qualification would be an advantage, but it's not essential
