Imperial Personnel are looking for Order Pickers (Selectors) to work for our client in Goldthorpe, Rotherham, Aldi Warehouse Goldthorpe.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Picking stock accurately and efficiently
- Servicing our stores and customers
- Working towards daily pick rates and KPI’s
- Working in a safe and fast-paced environment

(Coaching and training is provided alongside and throughout of a 12 week structured training plan tailored to the department and the employee)

**What tools will I be using**

The role of a Selector involves using a range of equipment to aid the efficiencies and productivity throughout the warehouse
- MHE - Low level order pickers (Llops)
- Headset’s (Receiving instructions through a headset)

No previous experience required as all training and coaching will be given on MHE and Headsets.

**The shift and hours**

Pick To zero 18:00 - finish

Picking Fresh product, Produce bread flowers etc.

You’ll typically work a 5-day, 35+ hour week (including weekends)

**Rates of pay**

£11.48 ph. increasing to £13.78 between 22:00pm-04:00am

Bank holidays time are paid at time and half on the day of a Bank holiday up to or from Midnight

- Doncaster - 18 Mins from town centre 9.4 miles car travel
- Barnsley - 17 mins from town centre 8.2 miles car travel
- Rotherham - 17 mins from town centre 8.7 miles car travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.48-£13.78 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Goldthorpe, South Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
