We are recruiting an Operational Administrator for a 12 month fixed term maternity cover. The Operational Co-ordinator role will oversee the full production lifecycle from customer order, value stream planning, material supply and production progress through to customer delivery whilst ensuring continuous improvement methods are identified and implemented and customer expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage production tasks to protect TAKT including processing of required documentation.
- Planning ownership of a Value Stream and control of its key planning input to the Master Production Schedule.
- Liaison with other internal Value Streams to ensure coordinated planning and ultimately operational plan adherence to ensure on time load and off load.
- Inputs to PRR reporting to ensure visibility on potential issues whilst achieving full material availability.
- Track, compile & report performance via KPI deck as defined by Functional & Operational Manager.
- Material shortage risk mitigation.
- Works order housekeeping to maintain correct MRP demand for Supply Chain activity.
- Control production costs whilst maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor execution of works orders ensuring offload dates are achieved.
- Work with cross-functional teams to complete works orders on time and within customer specification.
- Ensuring health and safety requirements are always met.

**Requirements**:
Essential
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in **Production Control/**Planning, preferably within a Manufacturing environment
- MRP experience and good level of MS Excel knowledge
- Previous experience in improving efficiencies
